Expanding access to personal data at Stripe

Stripe hosts a suite of financial services that impacts users all over the world. However, users lacked a straightforward way to know what personal data Stripe had on them.
After weeks of user research and iteration, we created an MVP where users can securely request and view their personal Stripe data.

Helping small businesses get professional accounts at Instagram

Instagram is a key platform for millions of small businesses and creators to reach their audience. These users can benefit from professional accounts to maximize their reach.
I joined a growth team to improve the UX for switching to a professional account. We ran various A/B tests to help small businesses get the right tools to thrive online.

Documenting design systems for Nextdoor

Nextdoor connects millions of neighbors to their local communities. Their designers and engineers needed a source of truth for their design system to keep up with the app's growth.
I integrated onto their team to understand their workflow and pain points. Together, we used Nextdoor’s system to create its own documentation.

Rethinking inclusivity in the design process

At O/M, we wanted to prioritize inclusive design to better serve our clients and their users. We spent several months strategizing and implementing improvements to center inclusivity in key areas of our design process.

Info

I'm passionate about designing equitable experiences and creating strong partnerships. I believe in being adaptable with my design process and enjoy everything from broad ideas to fine details.

I entered this industry as a self-taught designer with a background in psychology and graphic design. Over my career, I led projects for a broad range of clients through O/M Studio and worked at various start ups.

Beyond work, I’m excited about mentorship. You can catch me on ADPList to chat whenever I have a moment. I also keep a list of design resource recommendations for anyone looking for design guidance.
